Many problems so I deleted Essentials including Live mail.
How can I simply reload 2011?
My emails all disappeared from Live Mail. I was able to find the emails in my inbox and I was able to find my folders. In my folders are my emails but when I click on them, it is not the email I am clicking on but another in that folder. And, ALL of the emails in the folder are the one email. How can I get the correct emails back in my folders?

Added a new 1and1 IMAP email account to WLM. When downloading folders for the first time an error came up "Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include, server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity".
When I click "Details" button - "Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors. This could, for example, indicate a lack of memory on your system.
What could the trouble be? It first says network, and then non-network!

How do I stop the spinning ball?windows live mail won't open. the wheel just keeps spinning endlessly. I have done a system restore but it did not work. I reinstalled windows essentials but the problem persists. do you suggest I uninstall essentials and reinstall essentials? what about all of the emails I already have in the various accounts? will I lose them? I run windows xp. The only difference is that the other day by accident a pop up box opened and asked me to update some windows programs and I did (I usually don't) but the system restore I performed was prior to this update. Can you help me? I can access my email accounts from the actual websites (gmail and Verizon) but I really like windows live mail and want to continue using it.
All the programs on my computer were deleted so I had to re-download Windows Movie Maker. It keeps telling me I am using the trial version and I have to pay for the full version but I never had this problem before. I thought Windows Movie Makers was free?

I had Windows 10 and it crashed during updating. I have recovered the computer and installed Windows 10 again. I have found most of my files on my back up drive. However, I use Windows Live email and it lost everything. I have tried to add my email addresses
but I cannot remember my passwords or know how to recover the files for it. Can anyone advise what to do please?

Is there any way to prevent receipt of emails added to the Blocked Sender List and instead bounce them back to the sender concerned?

I created a video in movie maker and am using Nero to convert and burn it to disc for play on DVD player. Below are specs from the file and file types:
- video is 36 + mins long
- file size is 977KB
- files are mp3, mp4, AVI and wav
- Error code when burning is 0x887a005 which refers to pictures missing
Does anyone know how to remedy this type of error or know of a free or inexpensive burning software that I can use to burn this video to disc? It took me a very long time to create and edit this video in movie maker, and with it failing to convert and burn I am on a tight dead line for completing this for my son's 8th grade graduation on June 1st - I have 2 weeks to complete this.
Please help!!!!
