Does the amount of mail in my Live Mail 2012 affect my disk space?

I have a WEBM file and I wanna put it in the Movie Maker but it cant support it what can I do to fix that?

Movie Maker: I open a mp4 movie file, hit the play button and everything starts. Action in the right side view window and the movie moving along in the right hand side. I choose a place to stop, select the edit tab. select start point. Now I start. On the left in the view it stays in the pause mode. In the right side the movie is playing and moving along as it should. I'm a new use, but I have done this 50 or 60 times before. Why is the view on the left side not moving as it should?

I operate a Windows 10 laptop. I have uninstalled Windows Live Mail, because it was "freezing" the application. The intention was to re-install it to see whether the problem had been resolved. I discovered too late that Windows Essentials 2012 suite reached end of support on January 10, 2017 and I don't seem to be able to download WLM again. Is there anywhere I can download WLM again? Is anybody able to assist?

I was adding photos to my video, usually, I could change the photo's duration to decimal numbers like 0.5 seconds.
But now, the video duration section has none of that in the number selection, even when I wrote the number by keyboard.
