Windows Live Mail FAQ
I activated the windows encryption tool in my PC. it works well.
but after reinstalling the windows our IT guy ,overwrite the ENCRYPTION KEY with same certificate.
Now my all encrypted files are highlighted with green colour and iam not able to open them.
Is there any one who faced the same problem or suggest me some feasible solution for this.

We use Windows Live Mail on our home PC and on my laptop, using the same service provider and having the same email address. For the last few days each time I access Windows Live Mail on my laptop, the programme constantly downloads messages and I have duplicate copies of multiple messages going way back. This is not happening on the home PC.
I called Microsoft support who told me I had to contact my service provider. My service provider says that as there are no errors receiving mail on the home PC, it must be something wrong with Live Mail on my laptop.
My laptop is clogged and running very slow and I have 38,000 messages (and climbing!) in my inbox. Please can I have some help.

Hello - I wish to download Live Mail 2012 - can't find the down site on Mucrosoft and all the other soft ware sources seem to want me to download some dodgy applications not Live Mail.
Help please

I am trying to install MovieMaker 12. I know that the app has reached end of support on January 10, 2017, and Microsoft has removed the download links. But i did manage to get the wlsetup-all.exe
installer true taken the last known link:
http://g.live.com/1rewlive5-all/en/wlsetup-all.exe
and go back in time to the date 10.3.2017 with http://wayback.archive.org
But when try to install MovieMaker i get this error short time after:
Couldn't install programs
Couldn't install these programs: Photo Gallery and Movie Maker
An unknown error occurred
Error: 0x800c0006
Source: UXPlatformLang
I am using Windows 10.0.14393 Pro Build 14393 x64
Please help
