Question about Outlook Express

My PC resolution is 1920x1200 and when recording with Nvidia Shadowplay, the recordings are 1728x1080. If I view these recordings in their raw form, they are completely full screen with no black bars anywhere. If I put them into Windows Movie maker, they show black bars in the preview, even when set to widescreen aspect. If I publish the movie, it always show black bars on every side (top, left, right, and bottom). I've tried 1920x1080, 1728x1080, and 1680×1050 (16:10 downscale) all with the same result. I can't set it to 1920x1200 because the max height it allows is 1080.

If I take this same raw footage and put it in adobe premier with the same output resolutions, I do not get the black bars, so what is going on here?

I cannot get my emails from live mail - again. It keeps asking me to enter my password, which I do, but it still will not let me into my emails. This has happened before but has disappeared spontaneously. I can't understand it and find it really infuriating. A question first. -It asks me for my password - is this the same password a for a Microsoft account? if so, it doesn't work. any suggestions? it's driving me nuts.

Also, windows live mail does not appear in any of the lists access to these bulletin boards - is it windows essentials, windows outlook, or something else? Beats me......

I have an MSN email account through which I send and receive email on 2 PC's and 1 laptop.  The laptop uses Windows 10 and 365 platform for email (no problems).  One PC (an iMac) uses Mail (no problems).  The second PC has Windows 7 and was using Live Mail, version 2011, #15.4.3538.0513. Since this version is no longer supported, I have not been able to send or receive email on this PC.  I would like to update it in order to use the email again.

My questions are: 

1. What Windows program / version should I use for the update?  Can I stay with Windows 7 and just update the email program?  Or would it be easier to do a complete update and go to Windows 10?  

2. Will an update on one PC effect the sending and receiving of email on the other PC and/or laptop?  I believe the two Windows-based machines (a laptop and one PC) are synced.  When I delete email on one, it is simultaneously deleted on the other.  

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

I am trying to put a DVD file into Live Movie Maker (2011 version). It keeps telling me that the file could be corrupted or in a format that Movie Maker does not recognize. However, all of the other files on the same disc were recorded as one project, and they play fine in Live Movie Maker.  Also, this "corrupted" file does play in the Windows DVD player and Clear.fi. It does not play in Windows Media Player. Any ideas?
