Since the latest Windows 10 update in June 2017 I can no longer send emails, nor can I find them. Not in "sent" box or "drafts" box. I do however still receive emails. Is there a fix or should I just find another email program.

I was editing videos using Movie Maker on my laptop which is on Window 8.1, when the sound on the left side of my headphones were gone and there was some crackling sound. Sound on the right side of the headphones would play normally. I googled for a fix
and came to a Youtube video and while watching, the crackling sound continued on the left side of the headphones.
I followed a guide that mentioned computer management > services and applications > services > windows audio, and then restarting windows audio. The crackling was no longer there but there was no sound coming from the left side of the headphones either.
I have tried the headphones on my phone and the same thing happened. Any idea on how to fix this? Any help is very much appreciated, thanks!

I want to save a movie maker project in a mp4 format not a wlmp which seems to be automatic...please help!

I want to make a simple movie with just two effects - a fade in from black at the start and a fade out to black at the end. I would have thought this was about as simple a task as you can carry out. Cannot do it. I have put the fade in at the start of
the movie. I drag the cursor to the end of the movie. I click on video effects and the cursor simply jumps back to the start. It will not stay at the end of the movie or offer me a fade out effect.
