Hello,

I have been trying to export a video using Windows Movie Maker on Windows 7 for over 10 hours now, and its just sitting on "73% complete". I tried exporting the same video the night before, and it got stuck on 76%. I am exporting the video with a custom setting, which is greatly compressed compared to the "Export for High-Definition Display" option. I'm tired of cancelling and re-starting my export every 1-2 hours, as I have other work to complete and exporting a video is using the majority of my computer's memory.

Below is a screenshot of my Movie Maker Window, which might be of use to someone.

Any help is appreciated.

My husband died a year ago and my son created a movie with Live Movie Maker. I saved the file on my laptop and look at it several times. Well fast forward to last Friday. My hard drive failed. I had all the data transferred to a thumb drive and had a new hard drive installed. Now I can't find Live Movie Maker to download on the laptop nor can I find a program that will open a wlmp file.

Can anyone help me to either find Windows Live Movie Maker to download or another program that I can use for this file?

I keep getting an error when trying to receive my email from the server.........

Server: 'pop.windstream.net"

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC19

Protocol: POP3

Port: 110

Secure (SSL):  No

Some days, we can get it to receive some email but not all.  When looking at them on the server, those that we have received are still there and if we possibly get some to come through again, we have duplicates.  Right now, we're back to not being able to receive any emails from our server and get the error message above after it has timed out.

Any suggestions as to what I should try to fix this?

Both me and my wife use Windows Live Email. Our ISP is COX. I can send emails to her, but when she sends me an email I don't receive them. They don't even show up on the COX server. I believe it might have something to do with how her email address is set up, but I've been unable to resolve the problem. She can send emails to others without any problem. This started about 30 days ago. Up until then she had no problem and she hasn't made any changes on her Windows Live Email account. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have uploaded to movie maker video (MP4) from camera. I have edited the video and then saved  using "save movie" and clicking computer. Then I select WMP file, which is the past has opened in Window Player without a hitch. This particular video uploads and edits without a problem, but once I convert to WMP file, it wont play, just a blank screen. any suggestions
