Windows Live Mail FAQ
RECENTLY WHEN I TRY TO OPEN WINDOWS LIVE MAIL, THE PAGE WILL JUST SIT THERE WITH THE STARTING WHEEL SPINNING. AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES, A MESSAGE WILL APPEAR STATING THAT WILDOWS LIVE MAIL HAD A PROBLEM STARTING AND ASKING ME TO TRY AGAIN. IN THE MEANTIME , THE STARTING BOX WILL NOT LEAVE THE SCREEN. I HAVE TO SHUT DOWN AND RESTART MY PC.

hi windows live mail wont accept my sign in password , it says to use microsoft account password ,which i am doing , because i can sign in and out of my microsoft account but when i use the exact same password on wlm2012 it tells me the password is incorrect and use the microsoft password which i do , and if it says server busy try again in a minute , it says that forever , and wont accept my confimed password .. do i need to sign in? , should i disable? should i be using a better email programme if so which one is best , and what happens to all my saved folders with years of emails in each if i change?
please help , been bugging me for a while now, mucho gracias....

Certain emails I receive which contain a link to click on and open I get an error message that says email cannot be found.

It takes several seconds to delete e mails and then it sends me an error and then I can delete one message and if I try and delete another message again the computer freezes, makes a ding and I wait again
