Is windows essential an antivirus? Do we need to subscribe to any other third party antivirus software.

I can't upload custom pictures anymore when what I uploaded wasn't even bad it was just pictures of tachanka. Anyone know how to fix. Was i banned can I only change my gamer pic so many times. Please help.

I just want to upload this 21 second video onto YouTube. I'm logged in, and I'm using the right password and username for this! This happens every time I use Movie Maker!
Edit: And no, converting the file to any of the files YouTube supposedly supports does not work either.

I am trying to open previously saved Windows Live Movie Maker projects but they won't open. It says:
"Sorry Movie can't open this project file. The file might not be compatible with Windows Live Movie Maker, or be corrupted. Please select a different project file."
These are all previously made and just made files that I haven't had any problems opening. I have Windows 8
Please Help!
