my windows defender keeps popping error 0x80073b01 and wont run.

Windows Live Mail with Win 10. I have about 5 e-mail addresses of my own. In some of them I get the same message from the same senders. If I block a sender when I am using one of my e-mails does it block it in all of my e-mails? Some times I don't
want it blocked in both e-mails but other times I don't want it at all.

Hi there, just have my laptop back from being repaired and they have changed my email program from windows live mail to outlook and my storage folders have vanished. Any idea how I can get them back please. B
