Question about Outlook Express

My laptop has very limited space on the C drive. But I have a very large external hard drive. Every time I try to record a video through the webcam I get a storage space warning. Obviously, this is due to the lack of space on my C drive. 

How can I change the temporary file location to my external hard drive?

When I tried to get emails this morning Windows Live Mail had a message incorrect password, I can log into Sky and retrieve my emails there, wrong password is also happening on my android phone, I deleted my account in Windows mail to try and set up a new account but now it just says my password is wrong, although I know it's correct, can anyone help please.

The dialogue box on windows live mail is not closing and says receiving emails even when all emails have been revieved, If I shut windows live mail down using the task manager on the next startup it then reloads all previous emails. I have not been able to fix this problem so far and need help

Hello. I recently helped my grandparents upgrade their PC from Windows Vista to Windows 10. We backed up all of their files on an external hard drive and I've also looked at the Windows.old folder Windows 10 made after installing. I need to be able to open their old saved Windows Live Mail inbox, outbox, sent messages and contacts. I have found them in "C:\Windows.old\Users\(name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail" but cannot open them with Windows 10's Mail program. When I try to open WinMail.exe to open the old program, it gives an error stating: "Windows Mail could not be opened because one of it's libraries cannot be found".

How can I get the inbox, outbox, sent messages and contacts back?

     I receive the Error Code 656 when trying to download and install  "Windows Update" using Windows 7 Pro. I have run the internet troubleshooter with the "Registry" being repaired,  but stated it was unable to repair other problem.

     I have not been able to find further help than that!

      I  would be very appreciative for any help with this problem!
