my windows live email 2012 is asking for log on password I have entered it, reset it to a new password, unticked box to that say to remember password.

MICROSOFT MOVIE MAKER WILL NOT PUBLISH A PRODUCT
When i click New mail my windows 10 crashes, i tried restarting my computer, unninstalling mail, signing out and signing in. It works once, then it crashes. This is happening on my laptop and on my desktop
