Question about Outlook Express

Bonjour, j'ai perdu connexion et je recevais comme réponse: "Votre serveur DNS ne répond pas ..."; Malgré que je suis relier à un réseau de vitesse moyenne, je corrige le problème automatiquement ou j'arrive à éteindre le modem puis le rallumer et après un bout de temps la liaison internet revient, mais que je trouve toujours lente mais elle est toujours de Moyenne vitesse à laquelle je suis relié ;

Je cherche une solution réelle et qui corrige tout;

I have not been able to receive my emails on LiveMail since 8/2/17. My provider is Wowway.com and I can read my emails at their website but it is not very convenient. I've spoken to someone at Wowway.com and confirmed by settings are correct - POP3 and Port: 110. When trying to open LiveMail is get the following message:

I've been working on a movie maker project for the past week. I had loaded many video files into it, edited said video files, and saved consistently after each change was made. I recently reset my laptop, and the project is, for some reason, now reverted back to its initial save version.

The project was a soccer highlight video, and I had a lot of small clips extracted from long video files (~1 hour each). I saved the project after editing each long video file, but after resetting my laptop, the project is now only two long video files which I had edited the night before. All of my small clips that I had extracted are no longer in the project.

Hi, I have been using Windows Movie Maker since January last year for YouTube videos. Thanks to the latest update, I have not been able to do that as I need the full version but I can not afford to pay the amount as I am only 11. Why did you have to make another version you have to pay for? Now I can't make YouTube videos as I can't convert the files. I am angered at this problem and ask you to remove it. I know that a lot of other people are also angered due to this. Some of us believe you were just thinking about the money and not your users. I want a response ASAP otherwise I will go elsewhere for creating  my videos.

I am a full time RVer and use my windows live mail on my computer with many different campground wifi.  For the past 5 days, life mail will not send anything using these public wifi or anything at local libraries.  I have unfortunately had to do microsoft updates twice, once just before this happened and I just did the latest ones to see if it would fix what it may have broken.   How can I send with windows live mail on windows 7 like I have been able to do in the past??   This is the message.   As you can see, I'm trying to reply to an important email.   It receives messages fine so there is no connection to the server problem.  Also every single time we change campgrounds now I get a message saying someone is trying to break into my account.  What can I do to get this program to send my emails and stop all this foolishness? Aug 2017  1. In the last 2 weeks, Windows Live Mail suddenly (after behaving for years) has done these strange things -

a) shows in the preview pane some emails I just sent with my  own email address as the ‘Sent to’, not who I really sent them to; yes they seem to have been sent to those recipients… ; b) some emails received seem duplicates i.e. appear twice in the preview pane but the seemingly identical 2^nd one often will not open; c) Twice an email I’d seemingly sent , when I turn off Windows Live Mail it says I have unsent emails, do I wish to send? Today I clicked yes and it seemed to send (but what has it sent? - as it seemed all had already gone OK?) but last time, it kept saying it could not send them…

2.  Also I wish to keep the old emails I'd sent & received in 2 previous email addresses via Windows LIve Mail, but I do not wish those old email addresses to start taking over as default and sending emails I have drafted in my new and only current email address; but they do do this from time to time!  - can you please advise me how to prevent this?
