How can I enable the task bar ribbon like above so that I can bold or color words for emphasis?

I would like to provide a link to a pdf I uploaded to sharepoint or attach a copy of the document itself to the approval/reject email that is sent when the document is uploaded to Flow. Can someone help me with doing this, if it is possible.
Under my desk, my old laptop with Windows 7 will still run Windows Live Movie Maker. My newer Windows 10 system of course doesn't have it. Is there a method by which I can get the application program from my old laptop into my newer one?
Yesterday I typed a mass mailing to send out. When I sent it, I got an error message back stating I had too many recipients. I deleted the memo and began again, using less recipients. Now I cannot send anything out. I can receive mail, but cannot send.
I keep getting the error message stating I had too many recipients. I've called Microsoft and they won't help. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I recorded a video in Movie Maker, through the webcam on my computer. When I ended the video, I saved it to my computer as a WMV file. When I try to open the video it says that the file type isn't supported. In Movie Maker, there is a yellow triangle with an exclamation point over the video. Can anyone help me figure out how to play the video? I need to save it in order to compress it and submit it for school.

We have answered all of the online security question a number of times and each time we get the same message saying that the account cannot be authorised/verified. Now at our wits end!

in recent times have noticed that any time i put a call(either video or Audio or recording) through on my system using various social platform,all i notice is that i will be able to hear the person am calling clearly but the person wont be able to hear
me atall. have tried updating my drivers and some settings on my system but still no result.pls i will be glad if someone in this great family platform can put me through. am using hpElitebook 8440p window 10 64 bit
Hi, I have been having difficulties to open my webcam or even capture a photo, I don`t have the camera app on my desktop, what do I do, ,moreover my audio and microphone are not working, have been trying this for the past three months all In vain, I cannot video chat on Skype nor can I voice call, one more thing how d I do to allow access to call and answer call directly that comes through when using a modem,

I have Windows Live mail & just recently a particular email sender (My employer) when they send me an email it just disappears? I managed to quickly read one today it once I closed the pdf file attached the entire message disappeared? No other sender has this happened with just my work email. I checked the blocked sender area & they are not on the list for blocking.I have done a quick repair of windows live but still catch find the missing email. I have also marked the "show all messages" box.Please any help would be fantastic
