Question about Outlook Express

It was always there and I used it a lot, but it vanished!  How can I restore it?  

Some people need bigger letters, most don't.

For many years I have used the internet version of Outlook to send and receive emails,  I have quite a few folders setup to organize my emails.

Now I recently installed Office 2010 with Outlook on my laptop.  When I open the Office 2010 Outlook, I do not see all the folders that are on my internet version of Outlook.  Also if I delete an email on Office 2010 Outlook, it does delete on my internet version on Outlook, and vice versa. 

Is there a way to get my Office 2010 Outlook to reflect all the folders etc. of my internet version of Outlook?

I'm trying to get my Movie Maker going however I am getting an error, "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)."

• My Windows 10 is up to date
• .dll issue is already fixed
• scanned and repair my C: drive for any issues

I need some help here.

When I press the @ key on my keyboard it types " instead of @. The reverse of this is when I press the " key I get the @. I think this is due to American settings for the key board and a colleague changed this for me on another laptop of mine but I can't remember what he did.

Does anyone know how to resolve this so that these two keys truly represent and produce what is shown on the key for them?
