Question about Outlook Express

Why has MS tried to remove this from every download site going ?

Surely - if it aint broke - it should have been left - until the replacement is ready ?

It was deemed too old in January 2017 with no replacement, planned for another 12 months,,

Why ?

Inadvertantly I have blocked my friend account kindly advice me to get it back.

Please also advise me how to delete the chat history in personal my friend account as there is no such provision.

I have been trying to use Live Mail with IMAP protocol

It worked OK for a while (a month or two) and then I keep receiving a message 

The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server

How do I deal with this please?
