Question about Outlook Express

The Windows live mail contact list disappeared.

 After all the sub categories disappeared my master contact list still remained but today even the master list disappeared.   No sign in was required to open Live Mail and all the solutions listed in support didn't work.

Today even the calendar disappeared.    Are the contacts and calendar gone or just hidden somewhere?

Is this an power play to make me change to Win 10 or??????

I cannot change the configuration of my incoming mail server type from POP3 to IMAP.  How do I delete the POP3 and replace it with IMAP?--I can't seem to change this field.

When I try to open Photo Gallery I get:

cannot open: "WLX PhotoLibraryMain.dll" and error code:  0x8007007e

Can not get my Gmail account to work.  Showing error: Unable to send or receive messages for the Gmail (XXX) account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. The operation was canceled by the user.

When I right click on a subject header I used to be able to go through the process of setting up future emails of that sender going to a specific in box.

Now this is not possible. How can this be corrected ?
