Question about Outlook Express

Hello,

Last night my email stopped sending from LiveMail.  I can receive email, cannot send it.  This is the message I get:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Subject 'Snapfish Invoice'
Server: 'mail.meadowcrk.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No

I talked with my internet provider and they said they don't know why it won't work.  We looked at the settings and everything seems correct.

I have a Microsoft account I opened to set up my email address and am happily using.  I access my outlook email via Windows Live Mail and I also receive and send emails via my apple devices.  

I want to set up another email address to use separately from the 1st outlook.com email address I have.  The 2nd email address needs to be separate from the 1st ie not an alias.  I want to receive and send emails like I do now via Windows Live Mail and on my iPhone - is this possible?.  I would prefer IMAP to do this as I believe it is more secure - is that the case?

1. to make this work will I need to open an additional Microsoft account to set up and run this 2nd outlook.com email address?

(please note I have found setting up an alias of my first email address in the one account does not work so don't want to go this route).

2. If I set up a separate account for a 2nd email address would it then be possible to set up to receive and send mails via Windows Live Mail and on my apple devices or would the server reject one or the other or both logins being as it would be 2 separate outlook.com accounts and emaiils?

What do you advise?  please help I've tried everything else.

Moved from: Outlook.com / Email / Adding email accounts

I went into "Control Panel" > "Programs"> "Office" > "Change" to try to correct problems with Word.

After it ran I started to get the following message: "Word hasn't been activated. To keep using word without interruption activate before Sunday September 24, 2017"

It also asked for my activation code. The only code I could find was: HP7NB-7K7VK-FXBPH-QMHY4-7H697.

I have been running window live essentials 2012 for many years and working fine.  My notebook is running under Win 10 Home Premium since last year's upgrade and working properly with no problem.  Yesterday, I did a reinstall of my Win 10 and all the apps had been deleted with keeping only personal files.  I tried to reinstall the Window Essentials 2012 but was not successful with the following Error:

An unknown error occurred

Error code: 0x800c0006

Source: WaitForCatalog

I have the same experience two weeks ago when I bought a new notebook.  I install the Window Essentials 2012 and have the same problem and error code as above.  I did try to install for several times but failed.  Finally I give up and got back the notebook to the retailer and change for a new one.  Strangely, Window Essentials 2012 was installed successfully in one time.  What is the reason and how to solve it?

I have just downloaded the windows essentials program I only selected to install the windows movie maker as that's all I need it for but now it says there is an unknown error: 0x80070643, and I cant install the program,

please help as I need to edit some videos as soon as possible and must have this program
