Question about Outlook Express

Can someone please help with this glitch that I have come across just two days ago; I am unable to synch WLM  with Outlook Mail and keep getting the following error message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the xxxx mail account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. Could not select 'Inbox' on the IMAP server. Try updating the folder list and then try again.

Server Response: User is authenticated but not connected.
Server: 'outlook.office365.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCCD3
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 993
Secure(SSL): Yes

and : the message includes the same errors for the Deleted, Sent, Drafts and Junk folders.

All was working fine until two days ago.

WEBSITES; DOTORS,LABS  ETC///AS ME AND MY WIFE ARE DISABLED, ME SINCE MARCH OF  2002, SURVIVING MONTH TO MONTH ON A WING, AND A PRAYER(LOTS OF PRAYING)    15 YRS AGO I PUT IN 55 TO 70 HOURS ON THE CLOCK WORK 20O' IN THE AIR;;; DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO BRING HOME THE BUCKS, OUR DESK TOP HP COMPUTER IS CABLED TO THE MODEM, INCHES AWAY  . TECH SUPPORT WANT BIG BUCKS JUST TO LOCK ON AND FIX IN SECONDS, AS ALOT OF HARD WORKING PEOPLE I KNOW THAT TRYING TO SURVIVE NOW IS BUST BUT AT WORK AND HOME;..............SO DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA AS TO WHY I CANNOT USE THE WINDOWS LIVE MAIL  (IT WAS FINE BEFORE OUTLOOK)  .........................I HAVE USED EVER DIAGNOSTIC PROGRAM; BECAUSE MY WARRENTY IS UP!! I want to make movies for my youtube channel. there is no option on my movie maker for outlining font. it's very unfortunate and frustrating. is there something i need to install?

I have lost a couple of storage folders and have gone into compact view found the list of folders but they are not there, they were a sub folder and I use to click on the arrow to expand arrows not there.

Hello,

when i finished project i tried to save final movie in both formats - wmv and mp4. Also i tried to finalize movie in different qualities. No good results anyway. There are cubes in a whole video - like there is no good enough speed to process video during saving. Any idea for some help, friends?
