Question about Outlook Express

My mail box in not accessible.  I attempted to repair a problem I was experiencing with a blue screen/ system service exception that has occurred

4 times on 10/20, 5x on 10/2, 2x on 10/22, 4x on 10/23.  When I was able to start the process, my current settings disappeared.

I am having extreme trouble with your Window Movie Maker program, for the last two days I have attempted to save a project and render it to upload onto YouTube, however it does not save as it continues to say that I have missing or unusable files within the project which I know is not true. This has happened many times and as i have used your movie maker to edit many of my videos with success it is very frustrating.

Please help as i need to upload this video as soon as possible.

I'm trying to add a Gmail address to my Live Mail  accounts. I receive a message saying" Live Mail needs to download folders before you can read the messages in this account" When I then click the Download tag I am asked to enter user name and password. When I do this it is rejected for" wrong user name or password for this server". The server is imap.gmail.com   How do I establish a user name and password for this because if I ever had one for imap.gmail.com I don't know it. Why can't I establish a new Gmail address on Live Mail?

WLM 2012.  Recently Verizon forced us to migrate to AOL.  Everything was POP3 and working fine.  Now AOL wants us to update to IMAP and gave instructions for doing. it.   I created a new account in WLM with the IMAP settings.  Now I can't seem to access the AOL IMAP server.  When it tries to download the folders (I assume they are the inbox, outbox, sent, junk folders) I get the same error message.  Any idea what I am doing wrong?  I did disable the original POP3 account but still no luck. 

I am using the same email address and log in as the POP3 account, could that be the problem?   

After that, what happens to the contacts and calendar?  For contacts, will I lose the groups within the contacts? 

The calendar seems to be another story.    Thanks.

I can't get my Windows Live Mail to open.  It just "spins" and does nothing else.
