I have got the offline installer of Windows Essentials 2012. But when I try to install all the applications included in it, it shows that I have already got them installed on my PC but actually nothing is installed on my PC. I use Windows 10 32bit.
Please help me out as I really need the Movie Maker and Photo Gallery.

I am posting on behalf of my dad who is having trouble with his email account.
It all started Saturday 28th October, he was having trouble sending and receiving emails on his windows live mail. He sent me an email which i received 45 times and the same email went to his sent folder over 300 times. Since then he has not been able to send or receive emails, nor can he log into his email account. The account has stopped logging in automatically and the login to server prompt comes up with the details stored, we click ok and all that happens is it goes away then a few seconds later pops back up asking us to log in again.
We do get the following error message when we close the prompt.......
Unable to send or receive messages for the Onestopshop.co (mail) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

The password entered is correct, I have today tried resetting the password and recover the account with no luck as the account cannot be recognised. I spoke to a customer support agent via live chat who couldn't help as they didn't know the problem and pointed me to this forum.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is his business account and is obviously needed daily.

I tried to download and install both the whole Windows Essentials and just Live Mail latest version (16.4.3528.0331 both UK and US versions) from https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/gallery-program/where-to-download-windows-essentials-2012/7665b354-4f2b-445d-811e-9d8c98e8f872 , but the installation was disrupted wi resp error messages as below. What is the problem?

I'm getting the following error in Windows Live Mail. Just started and I don't know why. Initially I'm asked to enter my user name and password for server imap.gmail.com. It is not recognizing my password even though it is valid. I'm on WLM Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308); Windows 10 Home.

I received an email which asked me to continue my account by clicking the link of " Confirm your email here", it claimed this is to reduce the number of dormant account.
However the sender is -- *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Do i have to confirm it? Thanks
