Question about Outlook Express

Il mio pc continua a dirmi che non c'è nessun driver per questo dispositivo continuando a replicare di contattare i fabbricatori della logitech .... una volta andato sul sito della logitech mi dice che questo prodotto e con cavo USB e che non ha bisogno di essere aggiornato.

Vi prego aiutatemi.

Can someone help me to solve below annoying pop up message from my "Windows Live Mail 2012"?

"Sorry, something unexpected happened and Windows Live Mail must close. Your most recent changes may not be saved."

If I click "OK", Windows Live Mail closed without saving what I am writing in the email.  It seems above appear after my Window 10 updated successfully last week after 2 weeks long keep pop up "Window 10 need to be updated" which really bothersome.

I am using Widows Live Mail and Widows 7.

I can receive emails, but cannot send them.

The error message is as follows:

An unknown error has occurred

Server: "send.xtra.co.nz

I had this problem before. Hopefully someone can help me.
