Question about Outlook Express

My computer did an update yesterday.  Today when I go into Photo Gallery the editing tools that were are the right are not there.  How do I get them back?  It was things like removing shadows, reducing glare, etc.

The emails I receive with a pdf attachment open fine. When the attachment is a docx. file, I get a message that says, "We couldn't download one or more of the attachments. Please try again later." Then my only option is to "Retry" or "Dismiss". If I right click on the attachment my only option is to "Download". I am not tech savvy and appreciate the help, thank you!

I have been using Windows Live Mail 2012 on my computer for several years.  For the past 3 days, when I open the program, it will not open.  The program intro will come up and continuously spin.  There are other times when the program opens half way and the little circle continusouly spins again.  But I can't see any information, emails, contacts, etc.  I am unable to click on anything within the program.  I also can not close the program as well.  The only way that I can do that is to click ctrl-alt-del to open the task manager and then end the task of the program.  Is there any fixing to this issue?  I have several hundred contacts and many emails stored within this program that I need.  Any help that can be provided would be appreciated.

Hi' When I delete messages in my inbox they disappear. However if I log out and then log in later the messages have all returned.

I'm using windows 10. The problem happens with Chrome and Firefox and I've hgad it for a week now.

Any solutions out there?
