Question about Outlook Express

I am using windows 10 and I can not import any video files to windows movie maker. These were shown when I tried to import videos

IMG_5615.wmv could not be imported.

IMG_5615.mpeg could not be imported.

Moved from: Windows/Windows 10/Windows settings

Dear Sir

I had a problem with my hotmail account , It was hacked some of my friends received  mails which i did not send 

I change the password and it is ok to login

The problem now is that  I can not receive any mails

Please help and advise

Can anyone please advise what I must do to play my recordings. I have saved the file as movie maker by accident and what to play these but am unsure of how to fix this

For some reason some e-mails are being automatically thrown into the "deleted items" folder. Every time I try and move the e-mails back to my "inbox" folder, they instantly move back to the "deleted items" folder.

I have no rules set in my settings to automatically delete certain e-mails. I also went to Tasks --> Options --> Junk E-Mail, and viewed the "Blocked Senders" (which I don't have any), "Safe Mailing Lists" (in which I tried adding the mailing list being blocked), and "Safe Senders" (where I added the domain, e.g. linkedin.com).

In the screenshot below you can see I have added "www.linkedin.com" and "linkedin.com" to receive the e-mails, however they still move to the "deleted items" folder. Any help with my inquiry would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
