Yesterday I was able to print from my photo Gallery but today when I try to print it wants to sent it as a fax and asks for a fax cover  and phone?  I don't know how to turn of the jfax options.  I never set it up to do that. I did not change any settings.  I am able to print word documents still.
I, among many, do not like the changes from hotmail to outlook.  My big problem is that I lost all of my groups for email.  They are still there, but I cannot add anyone else to the group.  Also, when people change email addresses, the old one stays in, so I get the rejected email and sometimes it won't even bring up the new address.  I have to go searching and sometimes it won't come up.  It's in the address book, but I can't send an email unless I do it individually.  There is an "upgrade" button, but nothing happens when I click on it.  Come on folks!  I signed up for gmail, but I can't do groups there either.  I like hotmail and want to stay there.  Help?

I've been using my desktop HP since 2014. During this time I have used Windows Live Mail for e mail purposes. I talked with a rep today and he says that

maybe if I entered into this community someone could help me trouble shoot the following problem: I can't send or receive e-mails but I have all of the other components, such as my contacts list, custom folders that I've created etc.. He said that maybe I'd have to switch to Outlook 2016 or Windows Mail Application to try getting e mail if the other way doesn't work. What does anyone think? Can someone give me advice or other help? Thanks.

Every time I want to send someone a picture, the natural thing to do is to right click on the picture and then "Send To" -> "Mail Recipient"
This works for EVERY type of file on my computer EXCEPT pictures.
For pictures, it prompts me to "Sign In" to "Windows Live Mail".
Why?
If I click Cancel, the message will never send no matter which mail account I attempt to use to send it with.
Why?

I don't use this app. Keep getting messages saying "unable to connect to App"  I want to delete it

My Live mail bottom right does not switch to "Receiving Mail" Instead shows the "Updating Calendar" note.

Easiest way for me is to just delete the App, but How please ?? Thanks.

Up to 24th December everything worked well. Since then I cannot send or receive any emails through my server (BT) for my primary email address. WLM still works with other addresses including another POP account. I have checked the settings  and all appears OK (995 and 425). I have reset the password to be sure all was well there. I can access my emails if I log onto the BT web site. BT deny any responsibility and blame Microsoft!

The messages below appear after I try to send and receive emails

The connection to the server has failed.

Subject 'test'
Server: 'mail.btinternet.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 425
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10061

Unable to send or receive messages for the Btinternet (meveritt50) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Server: 'mail.btinternet.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: POP3
Port: 995
Secure(SSL): Yes

The Error Code in the receive section keeps changing. The last two digits have been "19", "90", "0E" and "92"

Any help would be very welcome
