Question about Outlook Express

I am having all kind of trouble with duplicate folders. I've done this before with no problem so I'm guessing something has switched up since this was last updated. 

I have used Windows Movie Maker before, but never encountered this problem. Every time I try to Export something, for any format, it pops up saying that I need to purchase a registration code. I have never had this problem before on other computers, with the same version of Movie Maker

I am using Windows Live Mail in Windows 7 Pro and am having an issue with it losing e-mail attachments

It only seems to do it with one sender, but when he sends me e-mails if i preview them on the server they have multiple attachments

Once i click Recieve and download them into Windows Live Mail they seem to be in basic text format and all attachments are lost

Anyone got any idea how to resolve this? its a work related e-mail so its making it slower to have to download all the attachments off the server before i download the e-mail into Windows Live Mail at which point where they have gone who knows!!!

Many people have posted similar questions but I have not found the question answered with any method that works, and that leaves some to use Outlook as mail and WLM as an archive for mail stored in Storage folders. Not an all in one solution!! 

Has this been solved, is there a tool or method from Microsoft that will take WLM storage folders and bring all the emails contained, folder structure etc into MS Outlook in one go without having to manually create folders and migrate 000's of emails.   

WLM = V12

Outlook = V2016

My computer s sayin that I have to activate windows, but when I try it sais I need internet connection. So I connect to my WIFI. It still sais connect to the internet. 

What should I do.

Why do I get this pop up?  I sent a perfectly safe file to myself.  I have an Anti Virus software ( Malwarebytes ) How can I change the settings to stop this happening please.

I have section of video footage (taken at twighlight) which is visible when in movie maker but as soon as its converted to another program (for Youtube upload) like: Windows Media or Realplayer, the video section is so dark you can hardly see anything. Any solutions?
