How do I get back the folder My Pictures where I stored photos to display when my PC is not in use. I can no longer view what's in there and cannot change anything in the folder. It says I do not have access. I do not want to put them in the Cloud or One Cloud. I only want them on my PC.
Thank you.
WLM is installed on my 6 year old, little used TOSHIBA SAT PRO L630. To access emails the passwords have always been a problem. They have been changed, 'remembered' and still cause problems. I do not know which of many WLM recognises at present. In the past by using cancel [the password] I was able to download emails. That stopped two days ago! [No problem reading them on an old iPad2!] After a total crash on my PC [HP PRO 3135 and 6 years old!]] I did as Microsoft instructed and re-installed a clean copy on USB of WIN 10.
MY ISP is British Telecom and I wouild like to retain my current email address. I prefer to use a system other than 'MAIL'. I tried MAIL but it rejected my attempts because of an incorrect password [ie the one causing problems on the lap top!] [As noted from this forum] I then tried another free provider and of course was rejected because of the same password problem!
Help please! I know from the internet that this is not a new problem, but please someone, free me from this password torment!? Incidentally WLM worked well on the ill-fated PC - but of course all was wiped out in 'the crash'.Thank you community! The lap top has WIN 10.As has this PC.
When I open the Pictures-Shortcut and open a file, only the numbers of the photos is shown, not the photo itself. I.e. I have to click each and every one to see the photo: quite annoying if I want to insert o n e photo into a text from a folder containing e.g. 10 photos.
I had no problem with this on any of the previous version of Windows; this happens since updating to Windows 10.
Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated. In plain English, not computerise, please, I am 92 yrs old and computer-illiterate.
Thank you.

How can I get my Windows Live Mail account to open on my computer again? I'm running Windows 7 on a Toshiba computer I bought in 2012.
I have this message when I try to access my account:
