My desktop computer crashed and I have done a factory reset. The machine came with Windows 7 but I intend to reload Windows 10 later. How do setup the incoming and outgoing mail servers. I have tried several versions. It is a POP3 server system

Hello,
I was finishing up editing a vlog and long story short, I was attempting to split this clip into a few pieces. As I was doing so, the software seemed to freeze up and as I moved my mouse over the other clips of footage they started to vanish. Unfortunately, I immediately close out of movie maker without saving the movie out of frustration due to this repeatedly happening. I tried to open up the file once again in Movie Maker and it popped up a error quoting, "Sorry, Movie Maker can't open this project file. The file might not be compatible with Movie Maker or be corrupted. Please select a different project file. I need help retrieving this file. Who can help with this?
i cannot open cmd in my windows 10.
