I purchased Dell Laptop with windows 10 but not bale to download windows live mail in this

Have these Outlook or Hotmail people finally lost their minds, since I have and use a desktop computer with a windows 10 operational system working on it, why am I being asked to digress back to an older windows 7 operating system as an upgrade. and where is my hotmail.com email now, and how do I get back to be able to read them.
I have desperately tried asking Facebook to give back my same profile. After restart but they can't seem to see any reason why they should. I have A brother by the name of Sean Rankin Another named louis Jr and me louis rankin we are all on face book. It seems if we get an antivirus we could never get back to where we were. So I ask anyone Is It possible to retrieve my information after I have (cleaned) my computer of unwanted files for better performance. I have really been enjoying about 10 separate games and have done quite well. I would like to continue on with the same levels.

We are having a recurring problem where we are replying to an email, the font is selected as 14 point ariel, and when I start a new sentence, the font reverts to times new roman 10 point. This has been happening for well over a year, You all know about it, so what is the problem? Why can you not fix this? We have been told that we need to update our browser, delete cookies, clear cache, etc to no avail. You all keep suggesting the same lame fixes that do nothing, and then you want access to our accounts..
We migrated from Olook Express to Windows Live email because OE was broken and you would rather scrap it then try to plug the many holes...looks like you will be abandoning another app without fixing it... Am I right?
I mean you all have been aware of this issue since 2013, and still no fix? What do you people do all day? I am frustrated at the lack of response on this issue.... I have been all over the net looking for a cure, and the only really good suggestion is to abandon Windows all together and go with Red Hat.
Is this what you all want, for your customers to be so pissed that they get rid of Windows completely?
There are THOUSANDS of frustrated windows users out there ready to rip out their hard drives and install a new one with Linux on it... and I'm one.
