I am replacing a computer that is near it's end especially since taking a drink of coffee to a new computer. Both have win 10. The old computer has WLM and the new computer has outlook. I tried transferring the contacts using the csv format. I succeeded in transferring the names, but only the names and not the email addresses or anything else. Is there a way to transfer all the file information.

Ive been having trouble with Windows Live Mail for days now.
This is also something that has sporadically happened a few times over the last year or two as well - and it just seems to work itself out, usually..
I open WLM, as soon as it goes to download mail from Gmail (or has happened with other Vodafone account when i had one) it will say:
"The server has rejected your login. Please verify that your user name and password are correct'... which they are of course.
I find this to be a total pain, it happens often and with no good reason - would be great to sort it out for good ideally!

I cannot send messages from Windows Live 2011. I have checked with my internet provider and everything is good at there end.

Windows Live Mail Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331) with Windows 7.
Messages were being received and sent successfully up to 22 Jan using my POP3 email account (Virgin though still using ntlworld.com). Since 23 Jan sending has been failing with no changes having been made to Properties. Messages continue to be received OK. Sequence: Connection succeeds and then Authorization fails. Although the ERROR word comes up on the bottom bar of the screen there is no explanatory error detail message in the Tasks/Error window, only a blank screen. I have checked all the Properties fields and all are the same as before when sending was happening successfully. Which piece of the Authorization could possibly be erroring when I've not changed anything? Thanks in anticipation of advice and assistance from good citizens.
I did a update as request by Microsoft. Ever since then, when I send a email, via Outlook, instead of my name showing up, it now says Windows Live 2018. If the recipient clicks onto that, my name then appears.
Some recipients have just deleted my email because they think it is junk mail, and don't know its from me.
Very frustrating. !!

Hello I need to login to my computer and Im 100% sure that the password is right because i just reset it 10 mins before logging in. My Computer is a Windows 8 and Its been like this for over an hour. I need help because I have schoolwork to do on this computer as well as my personal Files on their also.
