Question about Outlook Express

Hi, with no "record narration" option, I can only record separately and add narration to video as I do with music, but when doing so, I cannot keep music in the background. Also, if I have music followed by narration the volume of the voice is much lower.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

I would like to install movie maker on my work laptop. It has windows7 and office 2016. I am nervous as it is a work laptop (the movie editing is work related) and I don't want to accidently download a virus or compromise the files I have on the desktop. Information I've read advises to download an archived file...? Is that really what Microsoft recommend? Where is their latest download?

I have install hp laserJet 1015 printer in my pc put when i open ms-word try to print a document it show that there is no printer available please install a printer.

I had compressed my MOV video file (20 GB) to MPEG-4 H264 when saving but the file got named as MP4. And the size became just 150 MB (720p)

Then I played on Window Media Player, also Media Player, and then VLC Player, the video was blank/black except the audio on all player

So, my two questions are?

1. Why the video was blank/black when audio was ok?

2. When compressing from MOV file to MPEG-4, why the file was saved as (filename.MP4) when it was supposed to be (filename.MPEG-4) ?

Windows Live Mail keeps prompting me for my password on one of my three email addresses, (two work OK) I changed my password but still I cant send or receive e mail because it doesn't recognize the correct password. The pop up box keeps coming up over and over asking me for my password even though I keep entering the correct password each time.  EMAILS OK ON MY PHONE OR TABLET NOT USING WLM
