Question about Outlook Express

Windows live mail disappeared from my computer.  How do I reinstall or otherwise retrieve it?

I am facing problem with using windows 10 features like start, wifi, cortana, mail and others. These features are not working, when I press to the features, nothing is shown. 2 days ago I have installed antivirus Kaspersky after which these features not working. I have tried many methods to solve this problem but no result. I have uninstalled antivirus as well, not helped. Please help me to solve this problem.

Some info about laptop: Dell inspiron, Windows 10, 64 bits

I have used Movie Maker for many movies and love the functionality, however, the program does not save the photos, even though I save the project until publishing.  How do I restore my photos?

Windows 10 :-  Cannot make text 150 only 125, using setting display.

& I have tried almost everything, nothing works. Text is too small

in Widows 10..... I prefer Windows 8.

I reinstalled Windows-10x64 but was not allowed to do a "save files" because I was booting from a Windows-10.iso.  After restoring (not reinstalling) Windows Live Mail, I get an error message "The code execution cannot proceed because MSCVR.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix the problem."  But I cannot do that since Microsoft won't allow that download anymore.

• However, it doesn't appear that MSVCR.dll was ever on my system (according to my VHD backup) and WLM ran just fine.
• Why does WLM need it today when it didn't need it yesterday. please?
