Any results from the Virtual 'One' are not helpful, maybe because they are old and not with Windows 10. I turned off my Charter antivirus to use Windows Defender and tried any other things I saw suggested, but nothing works. Charter tech support efforts
did not help and I guess they gave me correct settings and the Microsoft phone # they gave me does not allow talking to anyone. I am not sure why or if any mention of Outlook in the details is correct or a problem. I have Outlook 2003 that quit
working many many months ago and have been using Windows Live Mail with no problem until it froze up one day and has not worked since. I was able before, after the problem, to get mail but not send it. Now it will not even connect to the IMAP server! I have
12 Gb memory, so no lack!
