Windows Live Mail FAQ
I'm using Windows Live Mail 2012. There are a few emails I send that I would like to have read receipts for. I do not want or need read receipts for all my email. How do I do this? I can't find where to select that option on individual emails or anywhere to make a rule.

I've installed Movie Maker. It used to work well until it said "system cannot find path specified". Then I deleted the folder where it was placed.
I tried to reinstall movie maker at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-live/movie-maker
It showed that Movie maker was installed. but I couldnt find that.
HOW DO I FIX THAT? :(

I created folders to put my emails in as a group, a club, and trips, and issues. For 3-4 years, I've had to look at those every time I go into outlook.
I deleted all that was in the folder and I was able to drag the darn thing around, and so some of them now sit under Delete, but do not go away.
I don't have any notices, just won't let me delete them.
how do i get rid of folders?????

I have a desktop and it is not even a year old. I wanted to use Movie Maker for the first time - but just get a quick flash of the screen and the following error message "Sorry Movie Maker had to shut down expectantly Please restart it and try again Error 0x8000405"
I have made sure all updates are done, cannot find the one a few threads are talking about but they are dated before I purchased this computer.
I am really frutstrated as I have tried to uninstall it but cannot even find it on the list of installed programs, yet when I try to install it from Microsoft I am told it is installed?
Not sure what is going on but need this for work.... can anyone suggest a fix or another program which is just as good (or better) that I can use and is free.
I do not want to reset my entire computer as I will be putting too much information at risk....

My computer unexpectedly crashed then rebooted. All of the Microsoft Office products can still be opened except Outlook. I am running Office 2011 on Yosemite 10.10.3.
I have tried to use the alt key to open Outlook. The identity screen pops up but after selecting all options, including new identity, still no good.
I updated Microsoft Office to the latest version- still no good.
I have re-installed the software- still no good.
Can so I do not loose all my email data etc...

Can someone please explain to me how to save all my old emails to an external hard drive, DVD, or 2nd computer.
I need to make a back-up because I don't want to lose them in the event of a problem occurring.
All my previous mail is stored in the "Storage Folders" section under various headings.
My O/S is Windows 7, 64 bit

I have used Movie Maker for years. In the latest versions, I have windows 10 now, there are no nice txt boxes to use, eg the Newspaper Headline where you could add a 'Title' phot maybe, or colored text boxes so that your text was highlighted on your photo or video. So much of the nice things have gone. Can I download these as add ons? for free or buy? I'v been told to use Cyberlink but it is so crowded with 'stuff' - I'm 71and just love making my vacation DVD's with all the transitions music. HELP - I'm so dissappointed with this update.
I used to use U-Lead to turn the Movie Maker file into DVD's TV. This time I couldn't find how to add a 'snazzy' title page - so boring.
