I posted this a while back, but have not been able to solve the problem. I was on line with earthlink tech for about 3 hours and even gave him control of my computer and he was not able to get anywere. I told him thanks for trying. I don't want to install 10 on my other laptop as then I will have two defunct Live Mail programs. Is there a fix comming down the pike to fix this problem? I am holding back on my main desktop computer also. Please advise! Thanks.
I have updated my HP laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The problem I am having is Windows Live Mail. All three of my accounts are still there after upgrade to 10, but when there are emails are to be receive I get the error 0x800C013E. I only get this error when there are emails out there to get. When I download all emails on my Windows 7 computer then on my laptop it will have all green arrows showing that it did download as long as there are no emails to get. I have no problem sending only receiving. As long as there is an email out there for one of my email accounts it will not download. All I get is a red X. The other two accounts will have a green arrow. How can I fix this errors, as I do take this laptop with me on vacations? The server port has been entered correctly. and also incoming port is correct.
My in coming mail server is pop3
Thanks Ronald campman
2 sections of my video are out of sync. When I mute either section the other works OK; when I unmute both sections the audio on the second section is out of sync.
Please advise. Thank you.
I want to create a panorama photo in Windows 10 Photo Gallery.
These are the instructions I receive:
Take a series of photos from a single vantage point so that each photo overlaps the one preceding it and import them into Photo Gallery.
Select the photos you're going to use, and on the Create tab, in the Tools group, click Panorama. Photo Gallery will align the photos and combine them into a new composition.
To crop a finished panorama, on the Edit tab, in the Adjustments group, click Crop.
Select seven or more photos that you'd like to group together in a collage.
On the Create tab, in the Tools group, click Auto Collage.
– or –
Click the Auto Collage dropdown menu to choose the collage size and layout you want.
Select two or more photos taken from the same scene and vantage point.
On the Create tab, in the Tools group, click Photo Fuse.
Click the area of the photo you want to replace, and then drag one of the points to adjust the size of this area.
Click the replacement photo that you like best, and then click Save.
In my Windows 10 photo gallery, I have no such "tools" available to me.
I have searched multiple times by right clicking on photos and no result.
Have searched the "perimeter" of Photo Gallery and have no luck.

Since downloading Windows 10 I seem to be unable to save the movie to DVD. Can you help?
Changing the title
Old title – Windows Movie Maker
New title – Since downloading Windows 10 I seem to be unable to save the movie to DVD.
I purchased Office 2011 for Mac I noticed an update for office and after the update it now wants my product key. I am able to use Excel and Word and it shows a product ID on both- their numbers are too short to use.
I saved a Office Key code # and it will not activate my Outlook.
What do I do?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
