Can't send emails from Windows Live Mail now I have a windows 10 brand new PC.

Worked fine when I had  windows 7 machine but that went up in smoke.

Have tried sfc /scannow but no faults.

The connection to the server has failed.

Subject 'nicola'
Server: 'smtp.enta.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10060

Two problems

1st - I have windows 10 upgrade, have used for several weeks, this morning tried to send two simple emails, window keeps popping up "task unsuccessful", won't go away, shows me no details, and I can't access Live Mail period now. First time this has showed itself since upgrade.

2nd - When I receive multiple pictures in an  email, it only opens one, and will not open any others, click on slide show, same thing, same picture. !?
