Can't highlight all messages of Delete folder in WML 2012. The A of ctrl+A goes straight to the 'search for messages' box
Since updating to windows 10, I have been unable to access one of my email accounts but have had no problem syncing the other. Both are btinternet addresses. I just keep getting a message to say the account needs attention, it asks me to enter my password
but nothing happens.

In Outlook Preferences (and in Account Tools - Advanced Menu) I don't have an option to "download complete message bodies." The closest option is "download headers only," which is unchecked. The only help I've found is to for option I don't have and my
sent files only downloads headers. Outlook is v. 14.2.3. I had tremendous problems when I updated to 14.2.4 so I'm hoping I won't need to update the that version in order to find the option. Will appreciate any help someone can offer.

I have installed Windows Essentials in order to get Live Family Safety on my computer and set up an adult account, but now it will not let me access my computer except through this account. When I try and access what comes up as the Owner account it asks
me for an administrator password. I can now not access any of my files, photos etc. When I try and uninstall Live Family Safety or restore system I am again asked for an administrator password, but I don't believe I ever had one. My computer is a Dell Inspiron
and I have Windows 7.
