I have a number of videos mainly downloaded from youtube. The vast majority have 25.00fps.

I have just purchased a windows 10 laptop and upgraded the windows essentials to the latest version. The videos I have downloaded since have a fps of 29.970 fps. I cannot combine videos with the different fps into a single video.

I am not sure how to get around this. Is there a way of unifying fps, preferably by increasing them all to 29.970 (or better!) If not, is there a way of changing the fps at the time of downloading the videos from youtube?

Sorry if this all exposes my complete ignorance in these matters!

I work for a church and send out group emails, no more than 10 a week. I send out our church newsletter to about 80 people once a month. Each time I try to send the emails I get a message that I have gone over my designated amount of emails or that the system suspects I am sending junk mail and will not send. I am given a code to use, but it never works. I much prefer Windows Live email to others. Can you help me?

I downloaded Windows Photo Gallery 2012 on to my computer when it was operating on the Windows 8 system.

I have since upgraded to Windows 10.

Now when I open pictures in Photo Gallery edit the top left corner of the picture is missing.

I have tried to find and download an upgrade version of Photo Gallery to suit Windows 10, but I don't think I am being very successful.

I have also tried to download the Photo and Movie live version.

Any suggestions please.

There was an email I have and when seeing what it was I went to delete and Windows Live stopped responding. It had to be closed because it would not respond from being froze. I managed to delete it after I restart Windows Live mail but not it is in the deleted folder and I get the same problem. I got the looking for a solution to the problem during this and the information was sent to Microsoft. What is wrong with this email is it infected or something?

Hello

I have Version 2012 Build 16.4.3528.0331

I make slide shows and would like to use a long cross fade.

Having chosen the cross fade from the Animation list I then set 5.00 secs in the Duration box and press Enter. Going back to the Animations I still see the 5.00 secs. The image Duration I set is 7.00 secs.

However the actual duration of the cross fade is 2.00 seconds this remains the same even when, for instance increasing the image Duration to 12.00 secs and the cross fade to 8.00 secs. I've tried other Animations and found exactly the same problem.

The drop down from the Animations Duration allows a maximum of 2.00 secs is this the absolute maximum and the ability to increase it manually a mistake? If I am missing something then I would be delighted to find an answer, I do find the program very easy to use and the quality of the .wmv's is excellent.

Kind regards - Jim
