Hi guys.  I'm a Mac user and I use Outlook 2011.  Yesterday, my Mac updated to El Capitain and today Microsoft also automatically updated.  After this microsoft update I rebooted and tried to reopen Outlook, but it has lost all account details.  I had two email accounts set up on there (work and personal) and both have disappeared.  I had LOTS of folders, emails, contacts etc that I would be devastated to loose so if anyone could help me find and restore the relevant file I'd love you for ever!

Some questions I guess you'll be asking...no, I didn't have a back up (I know, I know) and I don't have these emails etc on the server - just on this laptop.

This is my first post and I'm not a techie so please be gentle with me...

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

I'm new to Windows 10 and a technophobe! I'd like to find out how to look at photos on my computer using a card reader. Has anyone the patience to advise me? I don't know how to find Photo Gallery or even if that's installed.

The email title is on the left and the complete message (except I have to scroll over to get it) is on the right? I have Windows 7.  It came back to me this way after I had a technician work on it. It's very unhandy.

I have tried re-indexing spotlight to fix this issue but to no avail. I receive the error- 'no emails found' after searching. Searching also works on the webmail so it is a problem specifically with Outlook.  Are there any known fixes for this issue?

I'm trying to do a first edit of a long video.  I want to start it later, and cut out large chunks. Later. I'll refine the edges and bring it together. If I use the 'start point' and 'end point' i get confused because it doesn't match the greyed out area of the timeline. Then when I try to use the split and trim tools I can't see the timeline.

It's driving me nuts! Can anyone help?

Thanks

Error Log says - A message in your Outbox could not be sent. The account which created the message cannot be found. There is nothing in my Drafts folder, nothing in my outbox, nothing on my computer. It could be from an account that was deleted. How do I get rid of this annoying error message? I don't really care about the unsent message.

Appreciate help.

When I try to use Movie Maker, there isn't any sound. Even when I crank the audio and system volume all the way up, nothing. Can you help me on this?

I upgraded to the free windows 10 offer.

However, I decided to go back to Windows 7 professional.

Since then I couldn't get the WLM working again. I tried repair function. I uninstalled and then I downloaded the windows essentials and installed again. It does not even show the Icon in the startup taskbar or list of programs.

It only shows the Live Mesh and the live Family Safety.

Anyone with help?

I had several hundred paper photos digitized onto a CD.  They are in one file, in random order.  Would Windows Photo Gallery help me put them in the order I desire?

I am on a MacBook Pro using Outlook 2011 for Mac.

When I search for an email I cannot find in my inbox, I run a search using Search All Items or Search All Mail. When it finds these emails I want to know where these emails are stored and how to drag them into another email.
