Hello everyone,
I recently updated my PC from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. I wanted to edit a video so I downloaded Movie Maker. But after filming the video on my pc camera and tried to edit it on Movie Maker, the sound was not working! I tried several things but no results.
I noticed that there were other questions like mine, but none of those dealed with Windows 10.
How can I fix this?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you!
Help please - have Vista still and a problem with livemail pictures - was suggested to uninstall Windows essentials 2011 as there was a problem, but it didn't tell me which programs would be involved. Windows live mail was then uninstalled (without a backup) - can I retrieve it .

Hello,
I am working with a client that is using Outlook 2011 on Office 365. Whenever my client gets or sends a .jpg file as an attachment the attachment is greyed out. She is able to download the file in OWA and if she sends me the file from her Mac to my Windows computer I get the attachment. However, if it is to my Mac, it is greyed out.
Anyone seen anything like this before?
I have tried to clear the cache and checked with others having the same issue if a .png file will work, it does work it is in the email.
Thoughts?
I have successfully downloaded Windows Live Mail (eventually!) I can't find how to access my contacts list that I had in Windows 7. Any ideas on how to do this, please?
Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. I have bought a new laptop with windows 10 installed. I have installed Live Mail, but cannot find where my contacts list should be. My old laptop runs on windows 7 and has my contact list in Live Mail. How do I access this in windows 10, please?
