Question about Outlook Express

  I am a gamer and I have issues with mouse control and commands in game .  I would like access to a scan device to filter and remove bugs that seem to be altering my controls in my game   I used to have security essentials and it worked great. I could do manual scans when I started having issues.  now I don't know if scans even happen. I would like this control of scanning my computer myself. how can you help if you have control. I downloaded windows 10 and no longer have my own control for security . am I missing something in this new program  that I am just not seeing?

Since installing win 10, when sending emails, many come back saying undeliverable. Why? They worked fine in win 7

I am using google, yahoo and aol. Same problem with all of them. All 3 of my computers have the same results. Message says something about not being on the domino list. This puts me in limited contact, I actually have to use the telephone! It seems like I am limited to who I can contact by email. I can contact some people but not all. I have talked to some people and they have the same problem. All updates are installed. Dell computers, 64. Anybody have this problem? I am not using outlook
