Windows Live Mail FAQ
I keep loosing emails when moving them from my inbox to a subfolders
I cannot find them anywhere I use outlook 2013 for MAC
I am on IMap
the emails are no where to be seen
can any one help me ?? I have lots of emails already so thinking of not using outlook anymore if this cannot be sorted
My e-mail folders in Windows Live Mail is all messed up, I lost my personal folders with important correspondence. They are gone, disappeared and other folders related to recovered items have appeared but none of my important files are there anymore. I am VERY ANGRY at what just happened.

data base file lost on 49000 photos, I have tried to restore the files in appdata local but that has not resolved the problem. It is trying to rebuild from scratch. everything was ok on the 24-10-2015

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail account for about a week now.

My understanding is that there was nothing we users could do to fix this certificate problem. Could sure use a Microsoft engineer right now!
