Cannot send emails from Windows live mail

Good Day, I am not able to send mail from one of my accounts. I'm running Windows 8.1 with Windows Live Mail. Upon sending mail

I am continually asked to enter the password for the account but when I do I an presented with the same pop-up!

I have checked all my POP3 setting quite a few times and I have had a BELL Canada technician remotely attempt to correct the problem but failed.

Whenever I go to properties for the account and click on the Servers Tab then the Advance Tab the setting for "requires password" has a check mark. I remove the checkmark and select the top option then Apply & OK. I then re-open the Properties window and find the check box to select "ask for a password" has a tick in it...again.  That's why I keep getting asked for a password when sending !! Anyone know what the heck is happening? My other email account works fine. E.L.

How can I make “Window Movie Maker” work?

I am on Win 7  Movie Maker does not work.  I like the program.  However when I split a clip the left side shows the video material but on the right side it is black with a green square at the beginning then the rest is all black (no video).

I have used the program "Windows movie Maker" in the past and love it.  It does all that I want to do.  But now

I had it downloaded by a computer company because the old version disappeared and they don't know why it does not work.

Windows Live Mail Colour after Windows 10 upgrade

WLM used to have a light blue border around it on Windows 7. I have upgraded to Windows 10 and the blue border has gone, making the screen look very pale and insipid. Any way of getting the border back?

Can’t get WLM to open in full-screen upon system restart

When I restart my system WLM opens taking up only part of the screen, and this is not the view I want. I can expand it with alt+space+X, but I obviously don't want to have to do this at every restart. Or I can drag the borders--but then when I restart again I have the same problem. What can I do to get WLM to open in full-screen upon system restart?

Where is the “select all” option in Windows 10 Mail?

Why is this so complicated, Microsoft? EVERY other mail service, including your very own webmail, has a "select all" option. Why would you remove it from the Windows 10 Mail app? So ridiculously annoying. FIX IT NOW!!!!!

I don't want to use the "Ctrl A" workaround, soooo:

I COMMAND YOU TO FIX IT. NOW.

Windows Live Mail in Windows 10

I installed Windows 10 yesterday. I have received mail on my usual Windows Live Mail system, but get an error message when I click to send a new message, or try to Reply or Reply to All. The error message states that "A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem occurred. Please try again".

I see others have had problems after installing Windows 10, though not this specific one.

I'd be grateful for assistance to correct Windows Live Mail from anyone who has had or who understands this difficulty

added accounts not receiving

I just changed my ISP, and had to set up a new email account using their server. Everything is fine with that, but when I add my business account onto it, it doesn't receive mail. I followed all the prompts, and have made sure all the settings are the same. I set them up exactly the same as my old ISP's, and the business acc worked fine on that, but now it doesn't. Help please!

I'm running Windows Live Mail 2012 with Windows 10. My computer shut down when we had a power failure. When I rebooted, Windows Live Mail would not run. I ran Windows Essential repair, but it still wouldn't run. I ran Essential repair again, and rebooted the computer. Mail still wouldn't run. I'm wondering if the computer was in the process of downloading an e-mail when the power went off. If I re-install Windows Live Mail 2012, will it delete all my old e-mails?
