I am using windows 7 with Window's Live Mail 12.  I have been dealing with this problem for several months.  I get the following message: "Unable to send or receive for the BellSouth (xxxxxxx)account.  Your server has unexpectly terminated the connection.  Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.  Live Mail ID:

0x800CCC0F.  I have followed several recommendations listed on the forum including setting up a new account.  It works once when I set up a new account but then the next time I get the error.  My wife has the same BellSouth account under her name and Live mail has no problem sending and receiving to my computer. My Settings are the same except for the  I would preferre not spending $109.00 to switch to Outlook.  I have had this same account for years without problem.

I have windows live 2012 and every time I try and change my email signature the HTML option doesn't seem to save the images I have uploaded.

What could be the issue?

no data in outlook after rebuild

hi 

the outlook started having problems by duplicating emails and the dock indicated that there were unread messages but the inbox did not show any new messages.  then an error message appeared "outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close".  I followed steps in a mac help forum that told me to trouble shoot and now I seem to open outlook without it encountering any problems but none of the data is there.  It says that i have not set up an email account.

I think i have duplicated the identity and i tried to copy the folders from the main identity into a new identity and tried to rebuild the database from the new identity, but still no joy.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

I have trouble signing in to some apps because my email address comes up with an r instead of a t in the word hotmail. This is something completely separate from. my hotmail account which is also my microsoft account and the passwords are the same. How do I fix this?

16:9 mp4 video problem

when i open a 16:9 720p mp4 video into windows movie maker it shows it in 4:3 in the editor and is now 4:3 when you export it. If you play the original video it is in the correct format. searched online and cant find a fix for windows 10 movie maker. version is 16.4.3522.0110. please help!
