I recently upgraded to Windows 10 but found found that my PC had multiple issues under the OS. So I have reverted to Windows 7.
Now, whenever I open LiveMail I get a dialogue box telling me that the app is downloading the LiveMail mail recovery database. Can anyone tell me what this is all about please, and how I might stop it happening?

OK, I can get most of what I need by going directly to Hotmail on my browser. I don't want to upgrade my Live Mail because it makes it distinctly harder to keep copies in my established mail file system.
I have gone to my Hotmail settings online and made sure that the time coincides with the time on my PC.
Anybody have an idea what to try next?

I get the message "Windows Live Mail could not be started. It may not be installed correctly. Make sure that your disk is not full or that you are not out of memory. (0x80041161)"
My disk has 200GB of space and I have 6GB of RAM. Please help! Thanks.

I am having trouble receiving my email onto Windows Live Mail. It is coming through on my Iphone and is on the BT mail server but I am getting an error message Ox800CCC0F
I want to check all of my settings. Can anyone advise what they should be?
I have POP3 110 for incoming and SMTP 25 for outgoing
Any help with this problem would be appreciated

I recently migrated my co-workers to a new mail host called Zoho. Our old mail were set up as POP3, but our new is set up as IMAP.
The migration went perfect and sending/receiving mails works as well. However, once in a while (like it happens a few times every day), some (not all) of my co-workers receive a 800ccc0f error, which says Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. This may be due to an error on the server, network problems, or the connection has not been used for a long time.
Question. Is this a problem with Outlook/WLM or Zoho's servers? I find it funny that it only happens to some of my co-workers, but the rest never received these errors. I suspect a corrupt Outlook profile, but I did try to remove it completely then set up a new one.
Zoho contacted me saying I should send them the error message, which I did, but I might as well ask in here.
What could the problem be?
EDIT: We also face another problem. When a mail has been read, it will be marked as read. However, after a while (when new mails are being received), they are marked as unread again? I suspect it's not syncing between the server correctly.

I have latest updates for Office 2011 and latest OSX El Capitan 10.11.1 version, however as of today my Outlook 2011 no longer opens.
When I click on the icon in the Dock, a dot appears below the 'O' and the gold 'Outlook 2011' banner opens briefly on the page. then the banner disappears and so does the dot under the 'O'
any ideas what this could be?
