Photo import does not work as desired in Windows 10

In Windows 7 (from which I upgraded) I would get prompted to use the Import tool when connecting the SD card of my camera. (I don't connect my camera(s) to the PC) Has this import method been removed or is it buried in a quagmire of settings and screens now?

I am not a fan of the Windows 10 Photos App nor using Picasa for importing. Neither of these allow me to add to the folder name where the photos are saved. I also seems you cannot designate separate locations for photos and videos. I don't store my videos and photos in the default location but a separate mirrored drive location.

I have looked at the autoplay location but that does not match some of the instructions I have found so far on the internet.

Recovering old emails

OK... I goofed.  I closed an email account with fuse.net. Then, I removed the email address from live mail.  I think that all of my old emails (about 6000) are still residing on my computer, but I can't figure out how to access them.  Any help; from this computer challenged old fart would behelpful!

import photos

I have windows 10 and when I try and import photos from camera it wants to import all photos on the camera I only want the ones that I haven't already imported I have gone from using vista to windows 10 with nothing in between so windows 10 is completely alien to me.  Any answers please speak to me as if speaking to an idiot as I have no idea what i'm doing

Why does Outlook always now crash (when setting up identity) in Office Windows for Mac

Outlook will not open even after AppleCare talked me through re-installing Windows for Mac Office, having tried to go back to an old saved identity).

Excel, Powerpoint and Word all open without a problem. How do I idenitify what is preventing Outlook from opening. ( have all my Contacts and Calendar appointments in Outlook so not able to readily access them).

Applecare says this is a Microsoft issue.....

Everything worked fine until about ten days ago....

Transition not showing in full screen or final movie

Hi

I created a movie that had effects and transitions. The effects were on each slide, and I had only 3 transitions.

When I was reviewing the project, effects and transitions appeared ok in the small screen, but the transitions disappear when I watched in full screen (the effects were still visible in full screen).

I saved the project as a movie - the recommended format - thinking it could be ok, however the transitions were still missing - I only could see the effects.

I recently moved to Windows 10, and I am using WMM version 2011, (Build 15.4.3538.0513).  

What should I do? I'll appreciate any advise.

Tracing pictures on Freshpaint

So I traced over a picture which I set as current layer accidently but overlapped it with my current paintbrush. I had already made a starry background for it and used that as the background layer. I made the picture I was tracing watercolour because that was see-through. I've now finished It but I don't know how to get rid of the picture. Here's the picture which might help.

Split option with Windows 10

Every since I download Windows 10, I cannot use the split feature that is part of Movie Maker. When I go to the section I want to split and click it, the entire project disappears. It been doing this for awhile and I would like to know how to fix or why it is doing this. I never had an issue with Windows 7.
