Windows Essentials – Photo Gallery on Windows 10 – Agreement just won’t stop loading up and I can’t “agree” – please help!

Hello

I have just had my laptop reset after several issues with Windows 10.  I use Windows 10 and have installed Photo Gallery from Windows Essentials 2012.  The problem is that I can't click on "agree" for the agreement - it just keeps rolling across the screen as if it is loading this agreement.  I'm stuck - can anyone help, please?  Thank you in advance

Folders disappeared in Windows Live Mail

Why does this happened? all my folders in windows live have disappeared, I got them back by Search on the Start but why does this happen? is so much time consuming having to organise them  again. How  can I prevent this from happening ?

OPENING A .WIMP FILE INMOVIE MAKER

I WANT TO ADD MORE PICTURES AND EDIT A .WIMP FILE BUT WHEN I TRY TO LOAD IT IN MOVIE MAKER I GET A SMALL WINDOW WITH THE MESSAGE "CAN'T USE THIS TYPE OF FILE, YET IT CLEARLY SAYS, IN THE LIST OF ACCEPTABLE FILES, THAT .WIMP FILES ARE AMONG THE ACCEPTABLE ONES, AS ONE WOULD EXPECT, SINCE THEY WERE CREATED BY MOVIE MAKER.. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

I recently installed Windows Essentials 2012 so I could use Movie Maker.I can import my videos but have no audio.The speaker on the left in the volume control within MM has a red X on it ,like its muted .Nothing I have done works. I have tried going into the audio settings and turning that off then back on which works until I reboot my laptop.I don't feel I should have to do this all the time.Please help. Thanks 

Don’t know what happened to my photos

Today I was in one of my folders deleting blurry photos and too many duplicates so I could burn them to a CD and after I did that I went back into that folder and some of my pictures are just gone, I get only the flower icon in place of the photo and when I click on that icon it says "Photo Gallery can't display this photo because it is an empty file", I tried restarting my computer but nothing seems to be working to try and figure out where those photos went.  Any information, any help would so greatly be appreciated.  They were pictures of my first Granddaughters Baptism, I just don't understand what happened some are there and some are gone.  Please someone help.  Also, I did not accidentally delete them because the icon is still there (the one of the flower) where the picture should be.

Can’t setup an additional email account

This is the second time I've asked for help on this matter. I can't add an additional email account to my Live mail. I can set it up but can't send or receive mail to it. I've already tried the methods Microsoft gives to no avail., so please don't reply with those instructions, I need help that works since it's for my business, and I've already got 1000 business cards with the additional acct. already printed on them.

  I'm running windows 7 and don't want windows 10. Can someone help?. Thanks

I tried to install the widows essential download and it just gets hung up on the "preparing to install step" I tried turning off my firewall to see if that would help. Nothing seems to work. Help!!
