How do I or sadly can I EXPORT my Contacts (600) and Messages (2000) from WinXP Outlook 2003 and IMPORT into them into my new Win10 Windows Live Mail 2012. It seems Windows Live does not recognize .cvs and .pst formatted packets as typical for so many years. I did under much stress use the comma-delimited Excel option for the contacts. But there is nothing (except for 3 useless formats choices) for messages. Please help me.

HI, how can I limit the period of time to sync my inbox/outbox? I am using outlook 2011 for mac. I just want to have just one month of history not all the emails i have received/sent over the time.

thanks!

I have carefully read the official article referred to by Arivid Ram in his reply to Robert 23 Jan 2015. But this does NOT HELP. My Live Mail program fails to successfully Export the E-mail messages (although it works for exporting Contacts). For example, a new "Sent" folder created in the new location but it is basically empty. When attempting to "import" the content of this new folder to a new, empty, folder one is simply told that source folder is empty - nothing to restore. Is there more or MORE CORRECT information (than the above "article") available on this time consuming issue?
Desktop PC 64 bit - on upgrade from Windows 7 all my programs Windows Live Essentials lost without trace. Have had to now use Outlook for emails. Not concerned about email history but would like to have use of W L E. All attempts to download it again result in message telling me it is already installed. Maybe hidden Registry evidence of it but nothing I can discern or showing in Programs & Features.

New computer with Windows 10. It did not come with Photo Gallery so I downloaded Windows Essentials 2012 which includes it. Download seems fine and Photo Gallery launches as expected.  However, it stops working and shuts down after just a few seconds.  What's the deal and, more importantly, what's the fix?

I just bought a new computer with Windows 10.  I use IE11 and have Windows Live mail 2011.  I need to get the contact list and the list of incoming emails larger.  The font is so small it is hard to read them.  I can increase the size of an email I am reading but that is it.  Please help.  Thanks.
