Question about Outlook Express

I'm running Windows 10 and using Live Mail to retrieve messages from an earthlink server. Everything was fine until two days ago then my my messages started coming down empty and if you look at properties there are no headers.

Live Mail works fine on the same account from another device so it doesn't seem to be a problem at the ISP.

So far I have:

1. Repaired Live Mail

2. Moved the message store

3. Did a clean command line uninstall of Essentials

4. Reinstalled Essentials

5. Turned off my real time virus scan

6. Turned off my firewall.

None of those tests have helped.

I turned on the logging and below is what I'm getting at the end start and then at end of my log file.

I have a question that I have asked about Windows Live Photo Gallery and I a not getting an answer. The person that seems to be posting replies (Niranjan Manjhi) does not seem to read MY post. We just seem to be going around in circles with the replies.
