Windows live mail is offline and I can not get it to go online? One of the troubleshooting messages said”Internet Explorer is blocking it from going on line?”

I have tried to find where I can change this, I have checked all defaults and changed from internet explorer to foxfire which did not help. Does anyone where in Internet explorer I can change and do I get there thru windows settings? Or any other ideas? I am the executor on this computer so should be able to access it. the computer is now connected to the  internet but was not at first, not even sure what I did to fix it? But so far so good at least it is only mail (my default was Internet explorer) that is offline now. Can't wait for suggestions, hopefully something simple I just don't know about.

I can see my emails on my phone so I will get it there and be able to reply.

MAC outlook 2011-Signature changed

Hi,

 

I have created signature in MAC outlook 2011 with some good fonts and one image inside signature. I am using this on my IMAC machine. When I forward and email which is received from an phone to another email, my signature goes "BLACK" and fonts and images disappear from email.

In the same manner if reply or forward an email  which is received from laptop/Desktop ,Signature is perfectly working.

Please help me to sort out this issue.

Sound in Windows Movie Maker

I've got Windows 7 but it didn't have WMM. So I downloaded WMM from the Windows Essentials section.

I open WMM and I add a video and that plays ok (there's no sound on it).

But when I try to add a music track or audio files (mp3 or wav) I can see the file in the storyboard but no sound plays. The files play ok in windows media player.

What's gone wrong?

Stuck in ‘send’ mode trying to send photographs as attachments

My Windows Live Mail has been trying to send two photograph as attachments.  Now, today, it is in the send mode but not sending and I cannot get into my email or do anything in Windows Live Mail while it is stuck in this "send" mode.

I am missing e-mails save in folders…

I have been saving e-mails sorted into folders, but the e-mails I am most concerned about are those dating back to 2010 when my mom became sick and we lost her.

I also had very memorable e-mails going back 12 years saved regarding my pets.

I did not realize until this evening, when I was searching for saved e-mails regarding my pets that most of them were gone.  Then I checked my folder regarding my mom and most of those are missing as well.  Where can I find them?

I accidentally made my video in portait… can I edit it in my movie maker to turn it into Landscape?

Unable to send or receive with BT

I am unable to send or received emails.  I have spent the last 3 hours talking to bt (internet provider) and Microsoft Support but I am no further forward.  I am tearing my hair out now.  I need access to my email account on a daily basis.  I have no idea why it has stopped working but I am really struggling to get someone to rectify this situation.  Can you help
