I've seen several questions similar to mine (no emails being received) but no answers. This issue should have a fairly direct resolution since it is fundamental to using email on a newer MacBook Air.

A week ago, I installed Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac and tried to configure two email accounts. One uses my own domain name and the other is a Gmail account. After setting up the accounts, I was able to send messages from both but no emails have been received. However, the test messages were received on my iPad, a PC, and via web browsers.

I have spent a week researching this issue and each time I found something close, I changed my account information, but to no avail. Once, I found a query almost identical to mine that had 47 messages back and forth over three months or more. The person with the problem was sent back and forth between Microsoft support and Mac support. She patiently answered the questions and provided information requested. None of the replies were helpful to that poor person with the issue similar to mine. Please spare me this!

Thanks in advance.

Is there a download available for Windows DVD Maker for windows 10?
I have windows 10. Windows said I had an upgrade/patch to install, so I did. Now Iam getting popups that flash up on the screen about every 30 sec.. How can I fix this?

I have Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, Windows Live email 2012. I have two Hotmail accounts that work just fine, but I cannot send or receive emails on my msn account. I get no error messages. For some reason Windows Live email is not downloading my msn email from Outlook. It is down loading the Hotmail accounts just fine.

I need help.

Thanks in advance.

I have 4 accounts in my Windows Live Mail program.  All are working fine except for my default Hotmail account.  I received an e-mail saying that I needed to install a fix in order to continue using Windows Live Mail on my Toshiba 8.1 laptop.  I installed the fix and then the default account stopped working.  I also went to uninstall programs and ran the repair for Windows Essentials to no avail.  Please Help.....

I've used Movie Maker plenty of times and never found it inconsistent during playback.  If a video image coincided timewise with a certain part of a song during one playback, it would do the same thing during a second and third playback.  That's all changed recently.  The change showed up right after Windows 10 was installed on my system -- tho' this may be a coincidence since I had gone a while without using Movie Maker until recently.  (This is probably also the first time that I've tried to make a Movie Maker video on my new ASUS "republic of games" computer, but that may be a coincidence, too.)

In any case, now, when I cue video to start at a certain point in the song that I'm using, I can play the video back and get perfect results the first time, and then the next time (without having made any changes to the file whatsoever) the video and the song will no longer be in perfect sync but will be off perhaps by as much as 2 seconds.  I can run the thing again and get different results, sometimes showing things back in sync again, sometimes showing things off by another small random amount.

Can anyone tell me why this might be happening suddenly?

Thanks!

Brian

For the past 3 days I have tried to upload a video to youtube from movie maker and every time I try it says the movie was not able to be published because of a network error then when I try to look in more detail it says that there is an internal server error. This keeps happening even when I have updated everything. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it.
Can Windows 10 mail and Windows Live mail be installed at the same time?  Are there any issues with this type of setup?
